Nonna's Dispensa is an Australian business offering carefully curated Italian pantry products and recipe boxes inspired by traditional family cooking. Our aim is to help you create authentic Italian meals at home using quality ingredients and simple recipes.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice, however the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Many of our products are sourced from artisan producers and specialist importers. Occasionally an item may become unavailable due to seasonal supply, import delays or circumstances outside our control.

If this occurs, we may substitute an item with a product of equal or greater quality and comparable value. Any substitute will be selected to preserve the intended recipe and overall experience.

If a suitable substitute cannot be provided, we may contact you to discuss available options, delay your order or provide a refund for the affected item.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images and ingredient information are accurate.

Because many of our products are handmade or traditionally produced, please note:

• Packaging may change from time to time.
• Colours and appearance may vary naturally.
• Ingredients may vary slightly between production batches.
• Product photographs are representative only.

Our products may contain or have been manufactured in facilities that handle common allergens including wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and other allergens.

Customers should always read the labels on each individual product before consumption.

If you have severe allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

Each product includes its own Best Before date and storage instructions.

Customers are responsible for storing products according to the manufacturer's recommendations after delivery.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only.

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, public holidays or other events beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, limits or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

Where our products fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

All content on this website, including our recipes, photography, branding, logos, graphics and written material, remains the property of Nonna's Dispensa unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the supply of products is limited to the replacement of the product, the supply of an equivalent product or a refund of the purchase price, where permitted by the Australian Consumer Law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
