The Idea
Italian pantry cooking
for real families.
Not a recipe box. A beautiful, reliable way to make dinner easier during the week.
Chapter One
The South of Italy
Choose one region or explore all four. Each box brings three dinners from a different corner of southern Italy.
- Orecchiette ai Carciofi
- Cavatelli con Pomodori Secchi
- Pasta e Fagioli della Nonna
- Peperonata Calabrese
- Fagioli e Olive Rustica
- La Pasta della Nonna
- Spaghetti ai Friarielli
- Pasta con Pomodori Secchi e Piselli
- Il Piatto della Nonna
- Melanzane alla Siciliana
- Ceci al Limone e Olive
- Pastina della Nonna
Four chapters. Four regions. No rush.
Each chapter takes time.
A new region. A new pantry. New recipes tested until they're right. We release one chapter at a time — not because we're in a hurry, but because we're not.
From Box to Table
Simple by design.
Choose your region
Four regions. Four different pantries. Available until Chapter Two launches.
It lives in your pantry
Everything is shelf stable. No pressure. No waste. It sits quietly until you need it.
Cook. Eat. Repeat.
Three dinners. One pot. Twenty minutes. Made for the nights you need dinner without the mental load.
School Fundraising Program
La Famiglia
Dinner, sorted. Funds, raised.
No selling. No chasing. No convincing.
How it works
Register your school
Your school receives a unique code. We set everything up. No admin, no setup fees.
Run a two-week drive
Families order online using your code. Boxes arrive in bulk to school for parent pickup.
Earn. Forever.
Your code never expires. Every future order earns $5 for your school — no second ask required.
Permanent school codes
Your school's code earns donations for the life of the program — not just during a drive. Once set up, it works forever.
Two-week fundraising drives
Schools share their code, families order online, and all boxes arrive in a bulk delivery to school for parent pickup.
No fundraising fatigue
The best fundraiser is one where families choose something they actually want. No guilt, no obligation, no leftover stock.
Monthly school reports
Every month your school receives a clear report showing orders and donations. No manual tracking, no admin work.
