School Fundraising Terms

Our fundraising program allows participating schools and approved community organisations to promote selected Nonna's Dispensa products to their families and supporters.

A portion of eligible sales from each fundraising campaign is returned to the participating organisation, subject to these Terms.

Each fundraising campaign will have an agreed opening and closing date.

Orders must be placed during the campaign period to qualify for the fundraising contribution.

Orders received after the closing date may not be included in the campaign.

Orders are placed through the Nonna's Dispensa website unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is required at the time the order is placed.

Customers will receive an order confirmation once payment has been successfully processed.

The fundraising contribution payable to the participating school or organisation will be agreed before the campaign begins.

The contribution is calculated on eligible completed sales and excludes cancelled orders, refunded purchases, shipping charges and any applicable taxes where required by law.

Payment of fundraising proceeds will be made after the campaign has concluded and all eligible orders have been finalised.

Some products are sourced from artisan producers and specialist importers.

If an item becomes unavailable due to seasonal supply or supplier shortages, we may substitute it with a product of equal or greater quality and comparable value.

Delivery arrangements will be confirmed before each campaign.

All fundraising orders will be delivered in a single shipment to the participating school or another agreed collection location for distribution to families.

Customers will be advised of the collection arrangements before placing their order.

Once the order has been delivered to the nominated collection location, families will be responsible for collecting their orders within the timeframe advised by the school.

Nonna's Dispensa is responsible for customer enquiries relating to:

• Orders.
• Payments.
• Product quality.
• Delivery.
• Refunds and replacements.

Schools are not responsible for handling customer service matters unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds and replacements are managed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Schools may use promotional material supplied or approved by Nonna's Dispensa for the purposes of promoting the fundraising campaign.

Our logos, photographs and branding remain the property of Nonna's Dispensa and may not be altered without our written permission.

If unforeseen circumstances affect a campaign, Nonna's Dispensa will work with the participating organisation to determine the most appropriate solution.

We reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel a campaign where necessary.
